The Department of Inclusive Education (DoIE), has led a validation workshop on Learning Pathways and Post-School Transition Program, today.
The one-day workshop was graced by the presence of Mr. Abdulla Rasheed – Chairperson of Inclusive Education Technical Committee and Principal of Huravee School.
The participants of the workshop include principals, leading teachers, and teachers of some schools of Male’ City, field experts, and other stakeholders.
This essential program to establish the Inclusive Policy aims to create a diversified learning pathway for students with complex learning profiles.
The program also targets, to offer a certification of personal and self-achievement upon graduation.
The department will be running a pilot phase in 3 – 5 schools across the country before launching this program as a policy.
