First Tana Braille training program for Maldivian education sector concludes

The first Thaana Braille training program for Maldivian education professionals has concluded. The training program was conducted in collaboration with Research and Consultancy -RECO Maldives.
The closing ceremony of the training program was attended by Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Education, Mr. Ahmed Ali.
The training program was conducted by Al-Qari Ahmed Rasheed, who was involved in the establishment of Thaana Braille.
Participants were given the opportunity to actively use Thaana Braille during the nine-day program. A total of 24 participants, including teachers from schools across the country including teachers of Shaamil Veshi school project and technical staff from the department, completed the training.
